A Two-Phase Development Experience

Phase 1: Built To Coach Training

  • Format: 90-minute live virtual kickoff + 2.5-day in-person intensive.
  • The Work: Participants complete 30 coach-specific education hours through applied coaching labs, structured practice, and direct, real-time feedback.
  • Target Audience: People managers and leaders who want a repeatable method for developmental conversations. Also ideal for those pursuing the ICF ACC credential.

Optional Phase 2: Mentored Development

  • Format: 3-month remote development arc. (Enrollment available following completion of Phase 1).
  • The Work: Includes rigorous mentor coaching and formal performance evaluation to complete the education and evaluation requirements for your ACC Credential application to ICF.
  • Target Audience: People managers and leaders who want a repeatable method for developmental conversations. Also ideal for those pursuing the ICF ACC credential.
